In college, I took a grant implementation course to learn how to write and apply for grants for community projects. Throughout my planning career, I have written various grant applications for projects ranging from a neighborhood project, a university and community collaboration proposal, to a region-wide grant. I have worked with the Lilly Endowment, Indiana READI, and small local organizations to write grants and prepare grant applications.
